Jonathan Baldwin and Benjamin Smith consented to a trial by referees, who decided that Mr. Smith shall pay to Mr. Baldwin 2 [old?] ducks and 27 young ducks, while Mr. Baldwin would pay Mr. Smith a total of £1, 9 shillings and 6 pence for the costs of the suit.
