Constable of Hempstead is commanded to apprehend David Seaman and bring him before Richard Jackson to answer to a complaint sworn against him. Pratt Duryea swore on oath that Mr. Seaman stopped him on the highway, insulted him, demanded money from him, called him a "rascal," and alleged that he had cheated people and Mr. Seaman could prove it.
