Note
Hollett "Collee" Southand is to be apprehended and brought before either John Mott, Justice, or any other justice of the peace to answer for a criminal complaint for assault and battery sworn out by Richard Southand. Collee is also to be warned that he must bring sufficient sureties to guarantee his good behavior until the next sessions of the justices for the county. Dated 15th of November, 1798 and signed by John Mott, Justice. Writing on the back details execution of the warrant by Felix Fowler, Constable.
