Commanding Edward Spragg, William Pidgeon, Nancy Pidgeon, Micajah Combs, Micajah Suthand, Samuel Doty and Thomas [Forabee?] to appear before Samuel Birdsall, Esq. at the house of Thomas Smith, store keeper, in South Hempstead on the 11th day of January at "nine of the clock in the morning" to testify in the matter of Thomas Smith, Plaintiff, versus William [Forabee?], Defendant.
