Constable of Hempstead is commanded to summons Benjamin Birdsall, Jr. to appear before Richard Jackson, Justice of the Peace, on the 17th of May at "two of the clock in the afternoon" to answer to William Pidgeon for damages of £10. Dated 26th of April, 1796 and signed by Richard Jackson, Justice. Writing on the back detailing execution of summons.
