Upon request by Jacob Seaman and his sister Deborah Williams, Richard Jackson, Jr., Benjamin Seaman, and David Batty examined their accounts and determined that Jacob Seaman "stands justly indebted" to his sister for the amount of £1,182, 11 shillings, and 1 pence. Dated April 14th, 1782 and signed by Richard Jackson, Jr., Benjamin Seaman, and David Batty.
