Writ of Execution of Civil Judgment in the matter of Ebenezer Fitch v. Caleb Trowbridge, 1812 June 25-26

Note

The sheriff of the County of Windham is ordered to levy the goods, chattels or lands of Caleb Trowbridge to satisfy a judgment against him in the value of $53.88 and $10.03 court costs. Dated 25th of March, 1812 and signed by Sam Gray, Clerk. The back contains a written certification on June 25th, 1812 by Constable Winthrop Osgood that the items of necessary value were collected from Caleb Trowbridge. Additionally, Ebenezer Fitch wrote and signed a statement on June 26th, 1812 acknowledging receipt of the judgment in full from Constable Osgood.
