Contents Note This collection contains theses and dissertations produced by students attending Georgetown Law School and Georgetown Law Center. They represent four law degree programs (J.D., LL.M., S.J.D., D.C.L), and some that only specify Georgetown University. Most of the J.D. and LL.M papers date from 1913-1953, with D.C.L. dissertations dating into the early 1990s. The only current papers are from the S.J.D.
