Maryland case concerning competition between stagecoach companies (Davis, et al. v. Barney), 1826-1827
Five documents detailing a case (Davis, et al. V. Barney) between two stagecoach companies that operated between Baltimore and Washington D.C. The Davis party claimed that Barney did not honor an agreement to not become a competitor after disolving the partnership. The first round of litigation was in 1826. Barney was ultimately won an appeal in 1830.
