Note

Spine title is "Manuscript Reports, Common Bench, 1622-1627." Contains reports from Pas. 19 Jac. I to Pas. 3 Car. I (1621-27), in the Common Pleas. Ff. 1-91 were originally separate, and from fo. 92 there was a new foliation and signatures; but the text is continuous. The last case is Risdale's Case. On spine: Vol. 5 (Edward Henden).

Spine title is "Manuscript Reports, Common Bench." Contains reports from Hil. 13 to Mich. 19 Jac. I (1615-21), mostly in the Common Pleas. The first case is Stampe v. Clynton in the King's Bench; the first in the Common Pleas is Slany v. Elmes (Pas. 1615). There are some Exchequer reports at ff. 76-78 (Mich. 1617); and Magdalene College Case in the Exchequer Chamber (Hil. 1618) at ff. 90v-91v. On spine: Vol. 4 (Edward Henden).

Spine title is "Manuscript Reports, Common Bench, 1622-1625." Contains reports from Pas. 19 to Hil. 22 Jac. I (1621-25), in the Common Pleas, including ëPer Warburton Justice in temps quant Anderson fuit cheife justiceÖ." The last case is Davies v. Hawkins. These reports were printed in 1657 (in an English translation) with a dubious attribution to Sir Humphrey Winch (d. 1625). On spine: Vol. 2.

Spine title is "Manuscript Reports, King's Bench, 1610-1613." Contains reports from Pas. 7 to Trin. 10 Jac. I (1609-1612), mostly in the King's Bench. The first case is Hunt v. Maio, the last is Kirwood v. Mille. There are a few Exchequer cases at ff. 208v-218v, 317-328. The foliation of the exemplar (ends folio 151) is intermittently copied in the margin. On spine: Vol. 1.
