Scope and Contents

Letter from Morse to Nath describing the dangers of war he has faced in various locations. He described in detail his trip when leaving Mobile, when he managed to find Pascagoula River. He got within 20 yards of a Yankee camp, but due to rain and hiding in a buggy, him and his companion were able to avoid capture. He includes lyrics to solder songs.
