Attornies not Conveyancers. Observations occasioned by the introduction into the House of Commons, of a bill purporting to be "To prevent unskilful persons from practising as conveyancers" including a refutation of the proposition, therein assumed, that, in establishing regulations to secure efficiency in the practisers of conveyancing, it is unnecessary to require any qualification from attornies and solicitors.
