Biographical / Historical
Pat Silbert was the Assistant Art Director of the of the Office of Ecomonic Opportunity (OEO). She also worked as a graphic designer for the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) between 1976 to 1981. Many of her designs were evocative and showcased a dynamic period of legal serivces beginning in the 1960's. Her work "Profiles of Poverty" were exhibited at the Smithsonian Museum of History and Technology.
