Biographical / Historical
In 1978, the LSC started a program to decentralize legal services training. Five regional training centers were established to carry on the work that the OPS has begun. The Midwest Training Resource Center, funded through the Legal Services Organization of Indiana in Indianapolis, was one of these regional training centers. many training materials from the library of the MTRC were donated to the NEJL in the 1990s.
