Biographical Note
Neuborne is the Legal Director of the Brennan Center and at the time of printing, the John Norton Pomeroy Professor of Law at NYU School of Law. In 2005, he became the Inez Milholland Professor of Civil Liberties at NYU. In 2001 he was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Neuborne is a graduate of Cornell University (A.B., 1961) and Harvard Law School (LL.B., 1964).
