Biographical Note

Kent Morrison was Executive Director of the El Paso Legal Assistance Society in Texas from 1971-1972. From 1972 – 1973, he was Acting Chief of the Evaluation Division of the Office of Legal Services (OLS) in the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) and Special Assistant to the Director. During his time at the OEO, he helped to transition OLS to the new Legal Services Corporation which was created by Congress in 1974. Morrison received his law degree from Yale Law School.
