This collection consists of materials collected, arranged and reviewed by Cohn in relation to his long-term Fahy biography project. The bulk of the papers are comprised of Fahy's US Court of Appeals opinions, US Office of Military Government (Germany) communications, memos and referandums, as well as multiple copies of Fahy's dictated autobiography. Also included are Cohn's newspaper clippings, notes, and correspondences concerning Fahy.
